Enrique Carlos de la Casa, attache of the Spanish Embassy today was robbed of $14,000 in negotiable coupons and $600 in cash while shopping in a Washington department store, he told police the coupons were stolen from his coat which he left on a counter in the men's department, the 10 coupons were valued at $1400 each, and were negotiable on June 15th. The $600 in cash was in $100 bills, and each coupon was a $100,000 treasury bond, 6/3/37 Glass.
