Caption from caption list: A delegation of Hungarians from all over the United States decended [i.e., descended] on Washington today to arouse sentiment in favor of self-determination for Hungary. A parade was held composed of delegations from the various states and a committee appointed at the conference called at the White House. Photo shows the delegation leaving the White House.
