Library of Congress record: Created between 1851 and 1860 Case: back only, diamond in geometric design. Was part of LOT 8554. Label taped on back of case: Mrs. Prest. Roberts. This is a copy daguerreotype. Anson was not known to have operated a daguerreotype studio when President and Mrs. Roberts visited the United States.
