Caption from caption list: Left to Right John C. Box of Texas, Edwin D. Ricketts of Ohio. Box is a Democrat and Ricketts a Republican. They are the only members of the House who answered to their names at every roll call of the last Congress. In the 64th Congress Ricketts stood alone being the only member to answer every call.
