Reed, new member of the board appointed by President Roosevelt, and James Gordon Robinson, newly chosen Head of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Bureau. Mr. Reed will represent the carriers on the board while Mr. Robinson was chosen for the Directorship of Unemployment Insurance from the open competitive examination conducted by the United States.
