Located at 1st and A Streets, N.E., the Old Capitol Prison was converted into row houses in 1869 and referred to as Trumbull's Row. Later the buildings were used as the national headquarters of the National Woman's Party before being demolished for the Supreme Court Building. Gift; Herbert A. French; 1947.
